This policy explains how CreatorGuard AI processes information when you analyze a video.

When you use CreatorGuard AI, the application may process:
- The video you select for AI analysis.
- Video details such as resolution, duration, size and format.
- Your selected publishing platform and language preference.
- Security verification information generated by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Basic request and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
The current version does not require a CreatorGuard AI account.
2. Local and cloud processing
Technical checks, including resolution, duration, format and file-size checks, run locally in your browser.
When you request AI analysis, the selected video is uploaded to the CreatorGuard AI Cloudflare Worker and sent to Google Gemini for processing.
Do not upload confidential videos or videos containing sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to process them.
3. How information is used
The information is processed to:
- Generate technical-readiness results.
- Estimate copyright and platform-policy risks.
- Generate suggested titles, descriptions, hashtags and hooks.
- Protect the service from bots, spam and automated abuse.
- Diagnose errors and maintain service security.
CreatorGuard AI does not sell uploaded videos or personal data.
4. Third-party services
CreatorGuard AI currently uses:
- Cloudflare Pages and Workers for website hosting and backend processing.
- Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection.
- Google Gemini API for video understanding and AI-generated results.

5. Storage and retention
The current CreatorGuard AI backend does not intentionally store uploaded videos in its own persistent database.
Cloudflare and Google may process or retain request, security and service data according to their applicable policies, service settings and legal requirements.
6. AI and copyright disclaimer
Copyright-risk results are generated from visible and audible signals detected by AI. Results may be incomplete or incorrect.
CreatorGuard AI cannot confirm ownership, licenses, fair use, public-domain status or platform approval. Users should manually review results and obtain appropriate permission before publishing.
7. Your choices
- You may leave the website without selecting a video.
- You may cancel before starting AI analysis.
- You should only submit videos you are authorized to process.
- You may remove sensitive or unnecessary material before submitting a video.
8. Security
CreatorGuard AI uses HTTPS, server-side secret storage and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the service. However, no online transmission or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s privacy
CreatorGuard AI is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users who cannot legally provide consent under their local law should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

This policy may be updated when CreatorGuard AI features, providers or data-handling practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
