CreatorGuard AI provides AI-generated estimates only. It does not provide a legal copyright ruling or an official Content ID match.

Technical checks, including resolution, duration, format and file-size checks, run locally in your browser.

When you request AI analysis, the selected video is uploaded to the CreatorGuard AI Cloudflare Worker and sent to Google Gemini for processing.

Do not upload confidential videos or videos containing sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to process them.

The current CreatorGuard AI backend does not intentionally store uploaded videos in its own persistent database.

Cloudflare and Google may process or retain request, security and service data according to their applicable policies, service settings and legal requirements.

Copyright-risk results are generated from visible and audible signals detected by AI. Results may be incomplete or incorrect.

CreatorGuard AI cannot confirm ownership, licenses, fair use, public-domain status or platform approval. Users should manually review results and obtain appropriate permission before publishing.

CreatorGuard AI uses HTTPS, server-side secret storage and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the service. However, no online transmission or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

CreatorGuard AI is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users who cannot legally provide consent under their local law should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
