These terms explain the conditions for using CreatorGuard AI and its AI-assisted content analysis features.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using CreatorGuard AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not upload or analyze content through the service.
2. Service description
CreatorGuard AI provides technical video checks, AI-estimated copyright and policy risk, and AI-generated title, description, hashtag and hook suggestions.
Results are intended to help creators review content before publishing. They should not be treated as an official decision from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google or any other platform.
3. AI-generated results
AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate or different each time a video is analyzed. CreatorGuard AI does not guarantee that it will identify every copyright, policy, ownership, monetization or legal issue.
You should independently review all results and verify important information before publishing.
4. Video processing
Basic technical details such as resolution, duration, file size and format may be checked locally on your device.
When you request AI analysis, the selected video and related information are sent to the CreatorGuard API and Google Gemini for processing.
Cloudflare Turnstile may also process security information to help protect the service from bots and abuse.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Uploading only content you are legally allowed to process.
- Obtaining required permissions, licences and consent.
- Following applicable laws and platform rules.
- Reviewing AI results before relying on them.
- Not using the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity.
6. Copyright and third-party content
A LOW risk result does not prove that content is copyright-free. A HIGH or MEDIUM result is also an AI estimate and not a legal determination.
The copyright owner, relevant platform or court may reach a different decision. Use original, licensed, royalty-free or properly authorized material whenever possible.
7. Gambling and restricted content
CreatorGuard AI may identify gambling, betting, casino promotions or other restricted material as policy risks. Detection does not mean that CreatorGuard AI supports or promotes those activities.
You are responsible for following local laws, age restrictions and the rules of your selected publishing platform.
8. Availability and changes
The service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or affected by internet problems, third-party API limits, maintenance or high AI demand.
Features, models, limits and supported formats may be changed or discontinued without notice.
9. No guarantees
CreatorGuard AI is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, monetization eligibility, copyright clearance or approval by any publishing platform.
You remain responsible for the final decision to edit, publish, remove or reuse any content.
10. Misuse and suspension
Access may be limited or blocked if the service is used for abuse, automated attacks, illegal activity, security bypass attempts or excessive requests that affect other users.
11. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when CreatorGuard AI features, providers or data-handling practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
